DeleteI have some experience with conditioned learning but have never tried what I am going to suggest, so caveat emptor if you try it.
First tell him what you are going to do and make sure he understands the process and accepts it is necessary. Also make sure you suspend any other discipline during this time (Purely erotic spanking is OK, but not punishment spankings for the time being.
Then find out exactly how he secretly masturbates, where, when and so forth.
