Time to get back to the life we live

First, may I say thank to each and every one of you that expressed your condolences for our recent loss.  Thank you so much!

The past several weeks have been surreal.  We all know that real life can get in the way of practicing some of the things we all choose to have in our lives.  It happens and we deal with it when it does.  Now there appears to be some time to refocus on some of the things that we each need in our life together.

Here's to things getting back to normal. 

P.S.   Before I could even hit "publish", Mistress walked back in the door to retrieve something one of the children forgot to take to school with them.  As is required in my house, I stripped naked without being told to proceeded to empty the dishwasher.  Before she left again, she walked over to me, kissed and told me to go bend over the kitchen table where she proceeded to warm my naked bottom with her hand.  She asked, "do you know why I am spanking you right now?"  Not having any punishment pending, I said confidently, "no."   "Because I can", she said.  She spanked me hard but not too hard, finished when she had enough and left for her office.    With the content of this post in mind, it's as if fate caused one of our children to forget their backpack.
